Had them to plant my big area with Philippine grass. Owner said it is only with good solid soil the grass will grow pretty and sand not needed. I was in doubt but he promised that he will do leveling etc bla bla bla. Ended up, he sent his 2 staff with bare hands. Land was badly UNEVEN . The last round, i had other grass and i never gad problem when rain pours. Now, it floods so frequent untill the water sip through the wall next to the grass land, making my living room wall molded.when i complained, owner keep saying after a while the soil will get even by itself. Well, after two years now, nothing gets better. If i know that i have to pad sand on top of soil, i wouldnt mind paying for it. Be wise n your selection
Wide variety of goods, but its pricey. However I found that they sell a variety of fruit trees with reasonable price.
