Very poor customer service. On 8 October 2020, 3:30 your staff who is a Malay woman, I asked her for faster top up at the counter politely because the train was coming, she then suddenly became angry and talked back unpleasant :' cepat sekit macam mana? "with stressed syllable at' mana'. This lead me traumatised with no drama, please kindly train your staff at least to be polite.I mean, playing smartphone is acceptable, but at least want them to listen to customers.

Convenient pick-up spot along Bukit Jalil-Puchong commute for both directions. Build also for easy accessibility including for the disable. However, lacking of purpose-built parking bay. If need to park, use the Muhibbah or BK5 station instead.
I went to this station once, its clean, not many people, but parking is very limited. Waiting time is around 10 minutes. Many place available to sit.
Nice and tidy train station
Sometimes I will board this station and I will bring along my MTB bicycle. It's ok to bring bicycles into train but inform the staff at the counter before you board the train.
