Running a big scam during MCO. They claimed by downloading their app PULSE, you entitled to get coverage for COVID-19. After we installed the app, we found there was nothing much in it. Just some dengue alerts. We couldn't find any button or application form related to the insurance coverage although it was May, still before the deadline Prudential claimed. After a month or so, wrote to the app developers requesting a remove/delete of my personal information. Never got a reply from them. In August, I found out they had removed this app from Play Store, but they made a new app with the same name, PULSE, using other gimmicks to lure people in. If this is not data scam, what is?

Clean and orderly with good procedures for covid-19 mitigation.

Came twice. Second time is to terminate my insurance due to poor service. 5 counter with only 2 counters open. While seated with at least 20-30 customers waiting. Expected 3 hours or more waiting till you finish your business it takes a good half day or probably longer than that.
