Slow service, staff goofing around in the kitchen with laughter & shouting. Pizzas was made with no passion & tasteless compare to the other branch. So dissatisfied & disappointed.

Very bad service, very rude manager Syazlin I ask for "sos cili" then she replied "tak da, habis" then i ask politely again, she said "dah tak da tu, tak da la"
Small store with limited seatings. During this covid19 season, only takeout is available
actually today, I was late to the pizza hut and I asked the workers there if I could still order. it was 10.40pm and the workers were packing. I'm lucky that they accepted my order. I'm very grateful that they still received the order even though they had packed up at 11:00 pm. maybe they'll be home late today. so I want to apologize to the pizza hut pokok sena workers who worked today.
I've been a fan of pizza. So this place is a blessing for me. The service is okay. But there's a few times when it's bad. Thus, the reason for the 4 stars. There was one time where the pizza is super flat (macam kena penyet) and hard as rock. Overall, still acceptable. Will recommend this place for dining with family or friends.
