Really good service from the store. The workers guided me from A to Z in selecting and buying a bike. The mechanics are also full with knowledge. They can explain on how to maintain the bike performance and many other stuffs. Highly reccomended!

1 of the best place to get Specialized road bike, gravel, mtb etc. They do sell parts, apparels & all you need for Specialized brand. Very nice & friendly with helpful hand of their staff as well, highly recommended.

Be cautious when spending large sums at this store. Customer and in particular, after sales service can be unpredictable. I purchased two Specialised Levo E Bikes two years ago and can’t source the SRAM brake pads from the store, they have to be ordered in specially. While the staff here are nice and try hard to help it is an absolute cardinal sin to fail to stock those basic spare parts a rider needs to keep their purchased bike on the road.

Awesome shop with a great selection of E-Bikes from EMTB to E-Road/Gravel bikes. They know their stuff. Just bought one recently and the customer service has been excellent.
