I went there two months ago for first acne scar laser treatment. For a new customer, normally doctor will have consultation and observe your skin first before recommending you the treatment(as there are various package). However, in skin gym, it works the other way round. When I first came , the receptionist was too busy and don't even give u a damn. They didn't even smile and greet you. After waiting for 15 minutes, then the receptionist will sit down and quickly explained the packages and ask which package I want to sign. I was surprised as no consultation from doctor is given. After I decided to try for the trial acne scar laser for RM 388,then only the receptionist said, now the doctor will talk to you. I was like whatttt, only the customer decided to buy package only the doctor will see you, then the doctor also explained about laser to me for only 3 minutes. The doctor attitude is also not good. Few days after my laser, my skin breaks up with small and white pimple like crazy. I was so nervous and I immediately called them.Then, the receptionist just ask me to send a photo of my pimple face through WhatsApp to them and she will show it to doctor. After a while, the receptionist just message me and said the doctor said it is normal condition. And that's it. They didn't even give a damn about the after laser service . I quickly went to another clinic and consult another doctor. Thankfully the doctor is good unlike skin gym doctor. This is absolutely the worse laser experience I have encountered.
