Had my first dinner at Sepia last night and was blown away by the quality of food especially the pasta dishes. Best raviolis and calamari tortellini.

Food was good. Had steak with red wine sauce, and takeaway Pizza Sicilliana. Will visit, again.

Lovely small intimate ambiance. Quality of food is not bad but definitely can improve on the food portion for its high end price.

Came here after reading positive reviews about the food. Ordered onion soup & calzone. Onion soup tasted very bland, watered down I would say. i expect some fragrance from the onion brownings at least.. as for calzone, portion is big but the cheese tasted inferior, very clumpy & solid on the texture so it’s hard to swallow. The fillings are little as well, so it’s airy to the bite. On a positive note, the tomato sauce at the side is very flavourful though. Just hope the cook could put some heart into cooking for such price...

If my memory serves me right, I first came to Tropicana Avenue because of Cellar 18. Since then, I have become sort of a regular here as I love coming to this area for a cuppa or just to drink. I have witnessed places come and go... and one day, I spotted an Italian restaurant hidden at one corner of tbe building which was partially blocked by The Canteen. "New kids on the block" I told the family. That very first meal was particularly memorable because 1) the kids were raving about the pizza as they shared one, and 2) Jenn and I shared another dish in the form of lamb shank. Probably it was just me but I thought that the shank was beautifully done. We came back a few times after that and now I have time to post about this. fried calamari served with truffle oil mayonnaise - definitely something that can be munched on while waiting for the food to be served. Insalata Caprese - can't get enough of the traditional Italian buffalo mozzarella served with tomato, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. Zuppa con Frutti Di Mare - fresh seafood soup in rich and spicy tomato broth. Margherita pizza - classic Italian pizza made with all imported ingredients, and it got thumbs up. Risotto con fungi - the kids' indication is never wrong and looking at how they polish the whole plate, it must be good. Spaghetti All Arrabiata Stinco D'Agnello - imported lamb shank, slow braised in oven till tender, and then cooked with Italian herbs in rich tomato sauce. Gotta say, this is the best lamb shank I had so far as I love the interpretation and execution of this dish, at least it's something different from the usual that I had. There's nothing a bottle of Italian Rose wouldn't help to elevate the experience.. Italian wine and Italian food.. perfect! For me, it is worth coming just for the lamb shank alone.

Came here with my family on a Sunday night to celebrate my dad's birthday. Their pizza tastes excellent, pastas are good but not to the level to go back for it. We ordered seafood risotto n squid ink risotto as well, it was undercooked and the waitress replaced a new one for us. However, the new plates of risotto are super salty and we can't finish them due to the amount of salt. They compensated us with their apple crumble cake and tiramisu after we finished the meal. 2 stars to their waitress who are attentive and friendly, but the foods especially pastas and risotto really needs improvement. With the same price, i could have a better meal than this. Sad thing is my dad did not enjoy the birthday meal at all.

Came here for some Italian w friends. Service was good, the waitresses were attentive and helpful. Food wise, pizza was good but pasta wasn't. I had the seafood marinara, first one came with a bottle cap in it (?) and after they replaced it, the 2nd one was super wet. The sauce was so watery you can barely taste the tomato paste. Probably wouldn't come back.

Delicious food, friendly service and price is reasonable. However, the pizza could be improved as it was too oily.
