Proticket Malaysia (previously known as Ticketpro Malaysia) has won over contracts of various events ever since the launch of its operations in June 2007. In November 2017 following a friendly takeover of Ticketpro International, our ticketing partner in Europe by Ticketmaster International, we received notification that support for the Ticketsoft system software would be discontinued during the latter half of 2018. Whilst we were offered the opportunity to continue using the Ticketpro name and logo, it was not an economical solution and the management team felt that we had an opportunity to rebrand the company and re-launch ourselves with a new efficient system originating in Malaysia and customised for our own methods of working to the needs of our clients and ticket purchasers. And so after many meetings and discussions the new company Proticket Malaysia Sdn Bhd was born. On 30 August 2018, we went live with our new system.
