One of the best interior design in nandos chain restaurant. However they need to improve on their waiter and waitress attentiveness. Probably short handed.

Great food and the service is ok, needs to be improved for attentiveness. The place is big and cozy and it has not much customers to dine in.

Poor service. Reached the restaurant before 9pm, stand at the entrance for almost 5 mins no one served us. After that saw someone at the cashier counter show us a body language 'X' by crossing his hand. Then i was curious is he talking to me?? Then I walk to the counter and ask him, is it closed already? Then he said yes. If you have closed for order should tell us at the first place instead of letting us, standing and waited for you reply me with a body language signed?? The staff dont even bother come to us and tell us they have closed.

Horrible service. Wanted buy my mum a birthday dinner. Walked in and wasn't ushered to any table. After we sat ourselves, no one came to take orders too. The staff were simply having a good chat among themselves. Then they asked us to move to another table because they wanted to close off a section. Fair enough. Then we just sat there at our new table stupidly. Staff were just chatting away. We walked off to the Korean buffet next door. If Nandos you are reading this the date was 24th Sept 2020, 8:30PM Hire better staff please.

The worst Nando branch. The corn smell foul, asked for replacement, which was better but still not as good. The rice was bland, not as tasty as those from other branches. And the mushroom soup was very much diluted! We suspected they mixed the soup with water in our bowl, as we saw some water on the plate under the soup bowl.. will not go back there again
