World Secret

disgusting experience. especially the manager Za**** is very rude and I will never go there again. the product got problem i came to complain but he angry at me and threat customer. he doesnt have basic knowledge of customer service. and he doesnt have sense of responsibility. he passed his responsibility to his staffs. and escaped from the problem what he faced. I wasted my time there for 2hour to wait his response. the product got lots of bugs inside of shop, product and wood stick. and i can find lovely cockroach #lovelylace #defuser #lovely #lace
