I wont recommend at all. Legal discount given in SPA and loan is much lesser than other lawyers, far from on par with lawyer who handled my 1st unit. Even typed in wrong address in the quotation. Well, i just terminated and paid for the fees incurred.

Payment come first but work never done well. Communication with purchasers' financier is poor. We had to follow up almost every 2 weeks and eveytime receive feedback in progress. In the meanwhile typing this comment, almost 5 months had passed. I would never ever recommend to others.

LH Yeo tak boleh pakai. Apa mereka janji tak sama macam mereka buat kerja. Bila tanya dan push mereka baru kerja jalan. Bayaran dah buat penuh tapi kerja lambat. Suka delay² kerja. Poor service.
