Was treated as if I'm not worthy of their time by a Chinese lady with specs, slightly short and rounder in size. I wasn't familiar with their SKUs and straight away I was told to go online and check, ask for catalogues, no we don't print them anymore, go online and check. Hello, I could check but have you wondered that you have 1000s of SKUs and it's horribly crazy for a customer to actually go thru all your products to know which is best suitable or what are the differences between 2 very close models but have price differences? Why bother having a Design center when your staffs doesn't bother to help and find out what issues a customer is facing and help to solve that with a friendly gesture. I was in and out of the place within 5 minutes feeling totally unwelcomed.

I went there looking for a digital lock. The staff was helpful and know their product. I ended up buying hafele igloohome smartdeadbolt. Totally satisfied buyinng here. Great product and service!

I WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT RE THE TAVELETTO. I SAW IT AT AN EXHIBITION A YR AGO. AS I WAS MOVING INTO A NEW HOUSE, I WAS AMAZED AT THE PRODUCT. THEY EXHIBITED A SINGLE BEDDED TAVELETTO. THE SALES PERSONEL TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE DOUBLE BEDDED TOO. SO I OPTED FOR THE DOUBLE BEDDED ONE. TO MY SURPRISE WHEN THEY INSTALLED IT, I FOUND OUT THAT I HAD TO PRACTICALLY JUMP ONTO THE BED. NOW THIS IS NOT AT ALL PRACTICAL. WHEN ANYONE BUYS AN ITEM FR A REPUTED COMPANY, WE WOULD EXPECT IT TO BE USABLE. ITS SO DISAPPOINTING THAT I HAVE TO USE A STOOL TO CLIMB INTO THE BED. PLEASE EXPLAIN AS I AM SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. IF I HAD KNOWN THIS WAS THE PROBLEM I WOULD HAVE OPTED FOR THE SINGLE BEDDED. AWAITING YOUR EXPLANATION.
