I wonder why is this platform still exist? The entire platform is not working properly from the seller to the supports to the entire system. It is so hard to navigate through the app, every support request takes 2-7 days to process. The app and the web is not fully linked either, worse? As a buyer one had to find out all these by yourself by contacting them again and again! Be warned, if you want to shop with them, good luck!

Ordered item from this company thru q0010. After a one day, notice in q0010 showed that order has been cancelled n refunded completely. Unfortunately, did not receive any refund money up till day 3 of payment done. Tried to contact giosis gmarket, only answering machine answered my call. Msg sent several times to q0010 web, no reply until today. Why didnt the seller put up notice eralier saying that item not available? Why do they have to wait until transaction done,then only they said that item out of stock. The WORST online service that ive experienced.

Ordered an item on this company's website Qoo10 on 31 March 2017, paid on 31 March 2017, attempted to upload verification of payment on 2nd April, received reminder to make payment on 3rd April with notifications to cancel order by 5th April (but after checking my order was cancelled anyway on 3rd April, tried to lodge a complaint that didn't want to go through insisted on my order number which I could not select for some reason) no follow up as of yet. Very bad service, do not patronise. Do not know if I will ever receive item.
