What attended to by an eager to help law student intern, who was, however, ill-trained. He provided me with two pieces of incorrect information. Luckily, I got the correct info from the MBPJ website and from a PKR ADUN. No his fault, he was trying his best to be helpful but his training was not up to par or inadequate. The Chinese lady who answers the phone also problematic. She’s very confusing because if I make an inquiry about something, she’ll ask me all sorts of irrelevant info and give me all sorts of funny funny info nothing to do with my original inquiry. The spirit is willing but the brains don’t know anything, so how? But top marks for tryimg, anyway...
