I always have good experience at this nail salon. We have been here for manicure pedicure more than 10 years. My parents , sisters , me n my hubby are getting our nails done here. From the minute we enter into the salon we felt very welcome, the staff were so lovely. The lady who did my nails was very nice, the service was amazing, she was very gentle too. Employees are professional, and systematic. Again, there are plenty of options but the Colour Lab has earned a loyal customer! Overall, I am very satisfied. Will definitely come back again!

I did gel manicure here , a wide selection of gel colours. Lady here helping me choose the right and suitable shade for me.... They have a TV right in front so , I can watch while having my nails done. Their price range is reasonable by using the highest quality polishes, tools, and equipment. I had my gel removed by them too and I must say, it was the most comfortable experience. My nails are sensitive but it was pleasant because they are very gentle with their work.

My first experience today at this nail salon, it was a perfect experience. I needed a pedicure pretty badly. I had a gel mani and classic pedi at this salon. Wide selection on gel colour. The person in charge very kind and slot me in at the very last minute despite the fact that its now the peak season for Christmas and year end holidays. Thank you so much! The girls are gentle and patiently doing my nails.Person in charge recommend me for two tone. It turns up very nice finishing. Service is excellent! So Glad to have found this place!

Novice staffs, argumentative boss. Imagine i i have to make peace as a customer. In the end paid rm22 instead of nail package to remove wife nail paint as do not want to spoilt the holiday. 5 reviews indeed not trustable... On other hand, they maybe good only local std but not even the std i expect from Singapore neighborhood shop nail saloon std.

No doubt the service is great, even the ambience of the place is just nice. The only downside for me personally is there no pricing list for their mani pedi & other nail service in their website nor in the shop. Having a price list display has been implemented since 20 years ago, even if the price range may vary but having a breakdown of the price of every service would be better than keeping your customers to question everytime.
