It's a beautiful trail. Very long trail to the village. 17km estimated return trip from St Andrew Catholic Church. There's 2 route heading there. One is Jalan Doguson (by river, rocky trails and bridges) or Jalan Podos (a more easy trail but longer by 700m). We went by Jalan Doguson coz our guide marked the route. Very straightforward but challenging. We returned by Jalan Podos following our instinct Bring at least 1 litre water and lotsa food. I brought rice and can of sardine is not enough. The teacher prepared us coffee when we reached the school. Took us almost 13 hours to return. You can camp there. There's toilets and showers. When return to starting point, you can shower coz there's toilet at the building marked as Resthouse. Definitely worth the trip. What a good experience. Tons of leeches and some bloodsucking flies itchy! Tips to fix use kapur sirih or salt.
