Why close so early 11.30 on Friday prayers. The auto phone machine n also manual operator shld say all depts already closed and will open... callers then do not waste time calling n waiting for pickup.

This is a very poor website and you can hardly get access to it. It shows that we a regressing and NOT as all progressing. If you want us to pay the rates, then you should have an efficient website for people to make the payment. Typical Third World Mentally!!!!

Horrible telephone call management. Calls are transferred to busy lines and the calls are dropped. Staff are clueless that they have to keep transfering calls to the next person. If you manage to get someone to answer, you will be transferred, placing you back into the hellish never-ending call transfer cycle. Local land offices also give you the runaround by directing calls to PTG! Horrible service!
