Excellent place to certify your documents at no charge. Go up the stairs and turn right. The Indian Muslim lady officer (Cik Munirah Bibi) is the most polite, meticulous and efficient government servant I have ever had the joy to deal with. Best part is there's no charge or fee to certify my documents. There's the standard government dress code to obey la.
