Very disappointed.. i had booked the slot for sevice my car at 12 but yet the service centre had called me to cone earlier due to their staff will going out for lunch at 1pm. So i am agreed. When i came here for service my car the PIC said that i should wait for 2 hours which us ok for me for waiting there. But until 2.15pm i am waiting here and my car still did not entered the service area... it still at the parking lot. I almost 3 hours dude. Why dont your service staff explain clearly to me of whar happen.. and if the booking slot was full please arrange t another slot so that i am not feel very bad like this. Very very very bad customer service

Great place for service. I prefer here compared to other big place which always full and call never answer. Here normally can get appointment even if you call last minute. Waiting area is much nicer than other centre, food always top up, staff are friendly, nice and helpful. Keep up the good work.
