We often come here to pick up and drop off children by bus service provided through this bus terminal. Usually parking on the ground floor is full. I parked upstairs through the touch and go card bar. The path down to the ground floor is quite dark and dirty. In building B the seats are reduced since the covid occurred. The floor is clean and there are eateries around this building. Upstairs there is a grocery store and user routes using ERL are also available.
Very good to park and ride the ERL if you need to go to the airport or KL city. Pls improve the facility to pick-up passenger especially those who use Grab service or parent who need to pickup their relatives. There is is no covered roof at the public vehicle pick-up except for taxi and bus services. Very inconvenient especially during heavy rain downpour.

Secure place and affordable park fee. Currently, only TnG n ParkbyPhone app are allowed to use. You need to have minimum balance of rm8 to enter using TnG. The system take some time to display. Touch ONLY when it display "Please Touch/Tap Card", hold it until the display turn green, otherwise it won't recognise your card and you need to wait again until the system (sort of) restart the procedure.
Please upgrade your Touch N Go scanner! It takes 5-7 sec to detect the card and it caused massive jam just to go out especially during peak hour. Not to mentioned, only 3 exit out of 6 are working fine. The rest are malfunction for only god knows how long.
