Poor counter services, closed early not following' business hours' , the government services time. Poor communication skills of the staffs. And they are not paying attention to new customers standing in front of the counter.

Perkhidmatan dan servis adalah sangat tidak memuaskan. Complaint was done regarding a dead tree in housing area which is like a time bomb waiting to destroy houses and fences. Multiple complaints were made and even informed them that the electric line is entangled on the branches of the tree. Till today, no updates or action was done from their side. Truly disappointed with such work ethics and attitude
Is it true that you are poisoning stray dogs and cats at night when no one can see what you are doing? I hope this is just a rumour.. Please respond
The worst council I've ever encountered. Cannot use credit card or online transfer for payment when we are living in the 21st century. On top of that, it has the highest assessment tax I have ever encountered. Yet I did not get any services at all. I literally mean, any services!
