One of the best services among the outlets here in Kuantan. The restaurant is big and spacious. Plus got a mini playground at the side.

Slow service , staff forgot to put pack of sauce & don't follow the remark order . At least talk/explain to the customer if u cannot follow the request . Keeping quit like nothing happen is not nice. I trully understand if the restaurant is buzy... but this thing happen when there is only a few customer in the restaurant & before i leave i ask them is everything okay according to my order, they reply okay.. but actually not okay once i reach at home .

When I was confused with the stalls and the food, KFC Balok was the best place that appeared before my eyes. Comfortable place to park. Spacious place to eat. Need to improve in cleanliness.
