Tree lined paths and the houses are nice in SP - Yarra Park, but the prices seems to be very high like the "Yarra Park houses in Melbourne". Australians have their own cost of living bcos they have a nice Yarra River & a Yarra Park Primary School. So we accept the market value of the houses there. What do we have here? SP - Yarra park also has fabulous houses but the price of the houses are quite high to live in a place like SP where you don't have any scope for the future children to earn some perks. I agree their properties are nice as well secluded and private. And the houses are extremely comfortable and easy to live in. I can highly recommend this place. The views are just Wow....but it all depends upon the facility around. SP is yet to develop like Penang.
