Worst Toyota services center I have seen since owning Toyota for past 7 years. Appointment at 9.30 am and was a normal service but now its 1.20 and still waiting. Customer waiting lobby coffee machine down and other drink or snack out of stock! Canteen closed. Poorly managed service by Toyota after outsourcing. Lost confidence on Toyota sales after service. Disappointed customer!
