Bad service. When i waited 15min as per promised they said it still cooking. After another 15 min i went to the counter, apparently they uad given my pizza to another customer via their rider. I've reported to DOMINO'S Facebook and thry have acknowledge it.

Picking up online order. Web order is ridiculous. Often non responsive, difficult to navigate, repetitive promo.

Food wise it's standard domino's, so yeah it's very nice and tasty. But I'm a bit puzzled as to why they dont have any card payment facilities. The only contactless method they had was Grabpay. With the current covid situation, they should also provide the very basic card payment (pin/wave).
