Food here tastes better than most similar offerings, but the service leaves alot to be desired. No acknowledgement while at the counter, blank stares when ordering. When food is ready, they just leave it at the counter without saying anything, while we were just 3 feet away.

The frankfurters are good! But the setup and ambience leaves more to be desired

Nathan's Famous while not perfect, offers a good treat of above average American style cheeseburgers and hotdogs. Recommended for Takeaway or Delivery Located on the same floor as Tesco, next to the Food Arcade, the premise is small, very small. It's more of a stall than a restaurant which is not exactly a problem but it has only 4 tables and 8 seatings. The atmosphere is very much like a food court. The pricing averages around RM12. Definitely more expensive than McD's but after eating here I think it's definitely worth the price. I tried the Double Tex burger (RM18), Double Cheeseburger with Beef patties topped with Onion Rings, Barbecue and Tomato Mayo Sauce. The beef patties were excellent, they tasted like real beef and not at all preserved like what you get in many fast food joints. The Chilli Cheese Beef Hot Dog (RM14.50) was good, not great but good. The Frankfurter was a quality kind but on the skinny side and the Chilli was more of a generic bolognaise with cheese than an actual American Chilli. It still works and still worth the price you pay for it. I also ordered a side of Onion Rings and it's the store bought kind, possibly the imitation onions rather than real onions so you can definitely skip this. The Rings were also a little overcooked. But the main problem with Nathan is the premise itself. Since it's a stall rather than a restaurant, you won't get amenities like a nearby basin to wash the grease off of your hands once you finish eating. Eating here while enjoyable, does pose a problem so my recommendation is that you buy it for Takeaway or Delivery.

The Burgers and Hot dogs are surprisingly really good. It's cooked after your order is made so you always get them hot and fresh. Fries are nice large and chunky sized. The lemonade is lovely too

Ordered the frank crispy cheese beef one and let me tell you it's the worst hot dog with bun that I ve ever tasted in my whole life. Come on it's not even cheap. Don't waste your money on this guys. Just go to 1901.

i went for lunch with my friends at Nantha's Famous. Really love their chilli fries and their burgers are good as well. Staffs are friendly and the food is cooked upon orders so you do get it freshly cooked. I will definitely come again to taste their hot dogs as well.

I like the hotdog here, especially the original one. But I think a little bit too expensive for me... But it's delicious tho.
