Eventhough the food was excellent, unfortunately the Nando's chilies royalty point system ruined my experience today. We were welcomed by the staff properly and brought to our table promptly. The worker was friendly and the place was clean and appropriate. I wanted to claim half a chicken as shown in the rewards system. The waiter accepted and took the order. Unfortunately, the waiter came back and said the system is showing that I have no chillies to claim (claim has expired). But, the system is showing that I'm able to claim at least half chicken. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR NANDO'S APP to avoid cheating your members from claiming. Thank you. Other than that, it's good. Pricing reasonable as well.

Nando's is Nando's what can I say, if you are in Malaysia and you haven't tried it and especially the peri peri chicken, then you are missing out!! If you wanna enter in the wonderland of chicken and spicy food with amazing flavours, Nando's restaurant is the place. The staff is friendly and polite. I wouldn't count on getting super fast service but it doesn't take long either. and who cares if the food is worth it right? I would encourage you to try it out with friends or family. Something you definitely have to try if you haven't before is: lemon herb espetada with potato wedges and grilled vegetables! I promise you won't regret! :)

The chicken taste great and most of the items are tasty, a bit on pricey side but worth it, the shore mall is pretty dead thus end up here
