Fortunately some superior staff took the order. Otherwise the service in this branch is not so good. Food okay ad usual. Chicken was juicy. But the sauce taste too sour, not everyone’s taste same.

The food is very good. I love their sauces and tender chicken. However, particular this branch of Nando's, in terms of service became bad. It might be because of big flow of customers... but what I was witness of is just terrible...while I was eating 1 of the waiters was singing out loud which made me feel awkward and uncomfortable, I couldn't hear my friend next to me...Moreover, other 2 waiters were playing and fighting each other by slapping the asses of each other and running around. This is unacceptable behaviour at the restaurant. After their manager told them to stop, they ignored her... if I have opportunity I usually go to other branch... but I am giving 4 star for quality of food.

Speed: Extremely slow slow slow. Why? Waiting time exceed 30 minutes after 2pm time. Number of customer? One forth not to be. Burger served after 35 mins & a simple salad bowl was be served after 4t mins. Damn disappointed. Food: Standard size, big portion, taste as good as other outlets. Peri-peri Sauce would be the most important role in here.
