The service is good and hassle free online purchased for my family in KL. Bought the CNY Mandarin orange. It would be good if staff will check the pcs inside as 1 pc is spoilt from the taiwan ponkan of 16pcs. Overall the delivery is timely and the fruits is good. Service is good too with notification via watsapp a day before delivery. Overall great experience and will purchase again. Keep up the good service and Thank you

Definitely the top quality with good service. Sad to see some unfair recommendations here. Even i go Jusco/Jaya grocer buy fruits they cannot guarantee the conditions inside.
Never buy from this seller. The second time we bought, the pears and apples were not fresh at all and when I sent them pictures everytime I cut one, the reply were that they will let the supplier know. Like seriously, what about whatever I paid ??? There were no reply after that. Stopped buying from them and found another online fruit delivery that are way good in term of freshness and service. By the way....I stored the fruits I to the fridge right away and cut them in the same week. Reply to your comment : Glad to know you guys care more about the appearance of the fruit than the quality. Btw, it was not only one apple or pear that were rotten. All the apples and pears were rotten. Anyways have a good day.
Fruit is not fresh and not recommend to buy from this shop. When you provide genuine feedback on the rotten fruit, they will denied and insisted the fruit is fresh when they delivered. I noticed that after I raise my concern to customer service, my number has been blocked in WhatsApp and also same goes to media social in private chat. Sweet potatoe was my first purchase. My second purchase received on 30 Oct and discovered rotten watermelon and papaya on 31 Oct. So the quality of the fruits are indeed questionable.By the way, I was told that I will get the refund or exchange but nothing was done. I am referring to my second purchase escalation.
