Very disappointing, a lady staff on lunch break directed me to a different building. I believe it was done on purpose. Unfortunately, there are such irresponsible and disgusting people in service. Fortunately, the staff at the road tax renewal counter was very courteous and friendly.
It used to be crowded with lengthy process in order to get your task done. However, during Movement Restriction Order (MRO), things have change in a good way. Due to coronavirus pandemic, now you have to queue and register your attendance by scanning the QR code which are posted along the queue. Many chairs are provided along the queue. The process are better and more efficient, perhaps due to the current pandemic. Unfortunately, due to theongoing construction of the new building, parking space are rather limited and all of the visitor need to park their vehicle along the roadside. One of the shortfall is there is only one hand sanitiser provided to the customers which is located at the registration counter. They should provide more hand sanitiser to encourage publics to keep on washing their hands
