Went to change battery for my car controller. The guy looked at it and tried to open the battery compartment. Then he turned around and pass me the key asking me to do it instead. He said if he do it, he might damage the controller. So i asked him if he has tried to change this before. He said many times but it didnt seem to me like he is familiar with it. He was then annoyed that i asked him that question. So he asked me to send back to manufacturer to change it. At this stage, i became annoyed with his arrogant and rudeness. So i took the controller and look at it. All this time when i talked to him, he just ignored me by playing with his phone. So i walked off. Later i checked in youtube, he was totally wrong. if i continue to allow him to open the battery compartment, he would have break my controller and will cost me alot more money to replace it. If he is the owner of this shop, i am boycotting this place forever. If he is not the owner, then i am sad that such employee is put to serve customer which end up giving a bad reputation to the shop.
