Once South east Asia largest Taoism Temple. Not a Buddhist temple mind you, so there are no buddha statue. Instead you have the 3 pure brothers statue. Yuan Shi Tian Jun(the primodial one), Ling Bao Tian Jun(the precious one) and Daode Tian Jun ( the virtuous one). Each representing and important element in Taiosm.
It's in a more tranquil environment than many other temples and therefore more peaceful too. Nice garden as well.
4th November 2019, 1st day in Miri. Planned to visit this temple for worship. Kenny Moey from: Singapore
Very interesting temple which is somewhat different from your regular Chinese buddhist temple.
3 large statues in the prayer hall. Need to take of footware when entering.
Pretty amazing architecture. This Taoist temple cost RM10 million to build. Nice for photography.
