As Nandos standard of food, However this outlet is large and good service, good for family dinner/lunch gathering. But on weekends in general and at late afternoon in particular will be crowded. Even if you got a seat it will take really time for them to serve you.

Service is above expectations, the tast is very unique, you must install there apps in order to win free meals from them and drinks is refill you can order until you said that's enough. The place design is African and the tast or there chicken is superb.
For the food is 7/10. But the service is terrible, most of the service crew are buzy on doing other things, and it is very hard to get their attention, the most important is we sit infront of the cashier! Feel very disappointed.
Staff here are busy doing other things, seating other customers, cleaning tables, arranging the sauces, and maybe walking around doing nothing, rather than bring the food that is already starting to stack up on the food counter. The food was exposed on the counter for more than 10 minutes but no staff bothered to bring it to the respective tables as they were busy doing something else. Plenty of other customers walked past the food counter with stacks of food on top. In these times of a pandemic, this isn’t very clean. By the time the food reached our table, it was barely warm. Food luckily still tasted okay. Not to mention, plenty of other people that came after us got their food first. Manager that took order was polite as well. Hopefully Nando’s can improve on bringing prepared food to the customers. As it is frustrating to see your food just sitting there and staff is ignoring it.
Love the tenderness and flavour within the chicken.
Nowadays you can browse menu from smartphone. Easy. Un term of taste, erm you know Nandos..
If your dropping by be vary and don't hold up your expectations... 1. Ordered a meal platter with fries and Grilled Vege... got a well grilled chicken but the fries and grilled vege were stone cold.. the fries even had a little funky taste. 2. Customer service was attentive but lack manners. Hopefully other outlets are not the same.
Always packed during weekend lunch hours. Tastewise is standard as other Nandos place
