For sure new Shopping mall will take some time to develop and run in full. But friendly to say they trying their best to bring something that don't have other places! My kids enjoyed skating, archery and food. Very interesting holidays programs and events happening time to time. Well decorated during festive seasons. Hope Cinima and other outlets will be opening soon to serve that area!

Nothing much, very empty. Maybe in 5 years time kena fill in sudah. Weird sculptures yet beautiful landscape & the signage indicator graphically interesting

New Shopping mall with big potential in the next 5-10 years I think

a new strata-titled mall in between telipok and menggatal. 95% empty shoplots with no anchor tenants. if it is not for espace(family entertainment centre) i would have given it zero star. among the things available in espace are karaoke, archery tag, archery, roller blade, escape room, bubble soccer, human bowling, soccer darts.

There aren't very many shops open but they have a restaurant with genuine kadazan dusun food called D'odu-aki at the food court. Food are really tasty with a very cheap price. RM8 for the whole tray of multiple lauks!

It looks like an eerie place. Still not many open shop and there is nothing you can do here, yeah for now. Better go other place

Free parking, not much to see, kinda reminds me of One Place Mall. There's a DBKK counter at the 2nd floor which is convenient.
