My Sumsung S8plus got a cracked screen and the Customer service rep told me I cannot even get a screen repaired... They told me my Samsung phone has a different country code and cannot even get the screen repaired. That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of..

Just sent my Note8 today, having problem with simcard slot stuck. They said that the chance is 50:50 that motherboard may damage during the repair process. After 15 minutes they called and said that motherboard already damaged. And i need to pay about Rm 1000 for new motherboard. So basically isnt that included in warranty? Some more the motherboard damaged is done by the technician..

Stupid and not competant technician. Just bought a new tab. Sent to this bloody centre for removing wrongly inserted sim card. The rep said can't be remove and the sim slot can't be use anymore...
