Bad service ever. DONT use MGH. They don't really have proper management. They just want your money then not giving you the right service. Just go for other company. To MGH and the staff, please fix your attitude. Answer nicely when we ask you politely. ALSO, IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO MANAGE MANY PEOPLE IN A DAY PLEASE LIMIT YOUR CUSTOMERS. WE PAY YOU WITH MONEY NOT WORDS. THANK YOU.

Best n worth place to spend time n money with family. Not too crowd with people and beautiful beach. Good boat and jetty service.

Would not recommend. Boat broke down in the middle of the ocean. Had to call another boat to tow us. Snorkeling trip was not interesting at all. Took EVERYONE to the same spot. And I MEAN EVERYONE. I wasn't looking at the fish or the coral. But looking at other people swimming just to AVOID bumping into them. In times of COVID19 they just cramped people into the same boat with ZERO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Boat for snorkelling? Full. Boat to and from the island? Full. 1/5 would not recommend.

Worst client & time management..waiting for more than 3 hours to get in the boat.. Since the company took the deposit they should aware the demand especially it is peak season and shall take initiative to inform customers earlier. But they to choose let customers waiting endlessly from morning to noon rather than manage customer on waiting time. Also please follow the queqe number instead of allowing other later number first. Please improve.... Mari pagi petang baru sapa pulau

please avoid getting their service, my own experience booking their boat is a night mare, beside a long queue they are bias to customers.
