Consider this a conversational massage parlour, not a spa. The crew freely chat among themselves, and likes playing with their mobile phones with speaker on loud - so no peace/soothing ambience here. Such a shame when this place has several positives: very comfy massage lounges, clean sweet-smelling towels, nicely decorated, cool aircon. My masseur was very strong and experienced. At RM55/hr for reflexology (40mins foot 20mins shoulder) I feel it's at the pricier side of reasonable.

I went there for foot, back and neck massage. The masseuse left twice in between to attend to phone calls. There's no proper privacy since they've kept three massage beds in each partition, and the curtains too were tied up, so practically there wasn't any partition. It was awkward to see a stranger getting his legs massaged about one foot away from me while I was getting my back massaged. The masseuses and the staff kept talking to each other during the massage session. The masseuse wasn't gentle at all. Overall 2 stars.
