When I was in Malaysia, I used to eat this mee goreng especially on Sunday when I went to church. I still couldn't forget this yummy mee goreng. I was wondering how did they make it? If anyone knows the recipies, please inform me so that I can make by myself at home.

The taibak original flavour is no more. I used to frequent this uncle stall when im in secondary school. Came back after more than 10 years but the taste is no longer the same. Price per bowl is RM2.30 and parking would be an issue as there is no parking except parking at the roadside. There is one small parking behind the stall maybe for 4 to 6 cars. Unless you dont mind to park within the church compound like i did :)
Love the Iced Taibak, Iced Pineapple & Lime, Taukua Rojak here. Our regular hang out place on a hot weekend afternoon.
The best Mee Goreng Mamak!!! (cooked by the aunty)
Good to try for 1st time, but i dont see any special to visit again.
This is one of the local favorite for a cold dessert during hot and humid afternoon in Melaka. One of their famous dessert is Taibak, a Nyonya dessert consisting of sweet noodles (made from rice, tapioca and wheat flour) and many believe that drinking Taibak will cool down your body very fast. Others will be Nonya cendol, ABC, ice ball with a splash syrup, milk sweetener. Parking is challenging especially during public holidays or weekends.
The Mee goreng and Mee rebus are ordinary, ais ball and taibak are also ordinary. But the worst factor is hygiene. It's an unhygienic place. I saw the woman's thumb touched the taibak's liquid (bare-handed). The table is uneven, making the liquid poured out. The uncle used bare hands to grab the shaved ice.
