Useless driver the central can't even contact the driver. The bus is due at 1 online when I reach the central I've been informed that the bus have been rescheduled to 1.45pm. and so I wait it's 2.46pm now and I'm still waiting? Never take starmart bus

Very bad service and just like any other review this bus always delayed, I have no choice to book this bus because this was the only bus left I always book KKKL BUS and KKKL bus was really punctual, on time and clean. If you want to take the risk I think you could try have a bad experience with this bus.. I SWEAR THIS IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST WITH YOU StarMart Express!!
The 10am bus to KLIA2 on the 21/9/2020 Indian driver was waiting for somebody nearly 20 minutes at the Air Keroh Toll. When asked, he keep saying tunggu orang!! DO NOT TAKE STARMART BUS!!
I departed from KLIA2 to Melaka. Due to the noisy conditions at the platform, I cannot hear the driver's voice clearly. I asked again is the bus heading to Melaka and he answered me in a really bad manner: "Saya dah banyak kali cakap, berapa kali nak ulang? Kenapa tak faham bahasa?" Confusing bus pick up location, but the check in is in fact inside the medical center. Entrance beside the 711. Bus pickup just outside they will show you.
APPARENTLY THIS IS THE WORST BUS I HAVE EVER TAKEN. so this bus's tyre flattened in the middle of the highway near to yongpeng, so the driver went to check but never tell the passengers on what happened and didn't tell us any solution. so, when i asked them for solution, and one of the officer raised his voice, saying that the company is sending a bus and asked me take lorry back if I'm in hurry. this is very inconsiderate as the bus is heading to klia. i hope the rating and reviews can really help to improve this poor management, and it is not just barely just a reviews.
departure at 4pm but boarded bus at 5pm and still had to wait a good amount of time before the bus will leave, nobody gave information on when the bus will arrive or leave or if the bus will arrive at all. Worst service ever, customer service counter wasn't helpful at all, don't ever take this bus company, i will give it -1000 stars if i could
My bus to Singapore was delayed so I asked the personal at the boarding area every 15min when it will arrive. They just replied "delayed". The 4th time I asked they told me the bus had already left. So I payed a ticket to wait 45min in the waiting area. I had to pay a new ticket but this time I went with 707 Ekpress. They were on time, confortable, clean and spacious seats. Thank you StarMart Express
