Very slow and poor service. Received foods after more than 30min even though not during busy hour. They forgot to serve the sides that we requested for and took another 10mins to replace. Until we make the payment still haven't get the muffins. Extremely disappointed.

Has once been there and would never go there again. The food taste horrible. It is cold and not properly managed. It took forever to even get our food. The staff are really unfriendly and the service was absolutely horrible! The manager was really rude and even glared at us when we asked for our food. I wouldn't even give one star for this kind of service that I get. Please don't eat here. If you want for some trouble, then come here.

Sorry to say.. I'm with other guides on this issue.. hmm please Management, do something with this poor management. I waited an hour an a half for some decent meal.

Visit here by using Samsung Members , Maybe it was free by Samsung the workers kinda don't like us .they serve us like nobody but the food still acceptable mostly healthy since that it was taste like water after all I think the air-pop drinking was tasty than the meal .But the dessert was great creamy cheese maccaroni, my friend don't like it .But it was tasty for me.enjoy it with Samsung member thanks Samsung and Google maps to bring me here XDDD

Terrible service & food. 8 staffs couldn't even served 3 tables properly. They simply ignored whatever u requested. Food is cold by the way. Sorry to say the worst dinning experience I ever had.

The food was disgusting, I ordered a "chicken" sandwich(RM10), it was COLD and soggy and the "best part" about it there was "no chicken" the bread was practically bathed in mayonnaise and the lettuce you could tell it was more than a few days old. Come on!!! It's just a freaking sandwich do you even need to make that thing 1 day in advance? If I could I wouldn't even give you 1 star.
