I went to POS to renew drivng license but they said the machine cannot be used to renew since a while back and they dont know how long before it's going to be fixed. Can JPJ expedite the repair at POS so we can renew our license there?
I can only share my personal experience. As the transactions I have attended to were submitted with full documentation, I have so far not encountered any difficulties unless during "heavy" days where Internet lines will be disrupted and the big crowd will make everyone uncomfortable inside and outside the office.
I went to UTC melacca at 3 the Jan 2021to renew my road tax, when I enter UTC, the security guard didn't ask me where am I going , then I line up at JPJ melacca, when my turn ,the guard said I didn't get the card from counter ,so I asked if after I get the card , can I just come back to JPJ office to renew without line up since I am line up, the security guard said it is my mistake that I didn't told the guard ,I am going to JPJ, so the guard didn't give me the card, so I can't do anything, so I have to take the card and line up again.Hello, no one ask me whether am I going to ,should I tell everyone where am I going ? So this is my mistake, truly upset for such "good "service provided , so this is the government staff service , good job !!
At first i goes to the JPJ branch at the UTC melaka for changing owner name.. but their said can't .. because the owner of the vehicle hasn't declared for their id police after pension.. so they can't do it because there is no system connection with JPJ Besar .. then go to JPJ Besar .. near there they say they can't do it because there is a problem of ownership from the store ... this should not happen .. JPJ should provide a special space for visitors to make any review instead of waiting so long and in the end does not solve any problems .. in the situation of this covid-19 season there should be a special counter that speeds things up so that no need to gather for a long time in a crowded area.
One of the most efficient JPJ office despite the stringent practice of social distancing during Covid-19. Thumbs up!
