Actually i felt very excited when i received the bike as it is for my daughter's birthday gift. However i noticed there were some default so i called the office to clarified. There were how i felt so so disappointed and upset with the customer' service. I mentioned there were some default and request to send her the picture to proof it. But she said no need and answer: so you want to change rite but you need to wait lor. . We had some long conversation but i am so not happy with the way she answer me. I request can i told to someone else. She said no one there, unless i want to talk to the driver. Or her genaral manager Edie Phang but i dont think you can reach him lor. . I am wander lerun industries sdn bhd only has 1 person working and a driver. It seems nonsense to me. This is my first time to deal with this company, but this is very bad experience. When i but the bike from the fair there were so many people around to sell the bike. When i request for after sales service there were no one there to answer me. Is it the way Lerun do their business ??? Anyone who had deal with this company know who else i can refer to ??

The bicycle at their bicycle warehouse sale often sold out much faster than usual sale at bicycle shop, so recommeded to come much early before the store opening (Friday early morning or Saturday early morning)
