A very slow services even there only two customer and two counter open but only one counter is calling the number and for another the staff keep playing phone ... lol

Super slow service! Please be patient with me and read all the way through :) I went here just to register for my income tax. When i came in, they asked me to manually fill in the form (when there's actually an option to fill online). But okay lah, I isi je lah borang tu and got my copy of ic. THEN they said THEY WILL CALL ME FOR MY PIN AND PASSWORD for my online account for verification. BUT TWO WEEKS PASSED AND NO CALL/UPDATE FROM THEM. (put in mind, I'm in KL. I registered there pun cause at that time I was in Perlis and it was convenient) And so okay, I gave them a call....after explaining to FIVE PEOPLE back to back (YES, FIVE PEOPLE!!!!), finally the last person I talked to said they'll send me an email of my pin. I waited whole day and they still didn't send me the email. And so I called them again, and another lady said that she was gonna email it to me. BUT SHE DIDNT EITHER! But I still waited. Because I called them TWICE! I waited for another two weeks, then I gave them ANOTHER CALL, but they kept on passing me to another sambungan and line with the alasan "Ramai orang cuti" TF? susah sangat ke nak email me the pin and password. SO DISSAPOINTED. Please improve on your performance. I still dont have my password to go online. Ugh. I should be giving them 0 star, but giving them 1 point cause they're nice. I guess northern people are polite kan haha so points for that.
Abg duduk kaunter 7 pada 27/10. Kalau dia tak dapat kpi 95% keatas, maksudnya management kangaq ada masalah. Kerja laju abg tu.. cakap penuh santun, puas hati berurusan dengan dia. Kena bayaq tax sampai 4k pun rasa bayaq ja la.. Baik sangat abg tu..
Buat laluan masuk berbumbung. Hari hujan, tapi tak bagi pelanggan masuk. Tempat untuk perkhidmatan awam. Tapi tak ada tandas.

Sistem utk pelanggan stamping sgt tidak efisyen. Kena beratur utk key in SENDIRI data kita pada PC yg disediakan. Lepastu kena ambil no giliran pulak. Sangat membuang masa. Institusi kerajaan utk pungut wang dari rakyat sepatutnya lebih memudahkan pelanggan yg dtg.
