Poor service. I sent 2 pieces of jackets to the laundry on 28.9.2019. I made full payment of RM30 and the person at the counter gave me the cash bill. However he did not stamp "Paid". I admit that was my mistake for not checking. Today when my husband collected my laundry, he was asked to pay the full amount because the cash bill did not have "Paid" stamp.

Everybody opened shop already. Only this laundry has yet to open. Dont know what is happening to my clothes

I've been sending my clothes for dry clean a few times here and this is my final draw as they destroyed mt whole carpet as cleaning. The bottom of the carpet separate from the wool, and they hid it by gluing it back. Open it up at home and had a shock, brought it back the next day to complaint and the Indian staff there speak very minimal Malay or English and raised his voice at me and said it's not their problem. My RM650 carpet gone after its first wash. They still charged me a full payment of RM65 for dry cleaning the carpet. Also, sent a gown for dry clean with them, came back unclean and same attitude of him, speak in Tamil and ignore me, told me to wash a few more times to get rid of dirt. Is that how dry clean works? Rubbish! Bad attitude and he still demand for a full payment! Terrible job done here and never return ever again! They don't even deserve a star at all!
