This mega Cineplex has 3 screens which screams mid 2000's. It's only possible to get up to the cinema by elevator which I guess could cause some problems when a movie finishes. Note that the seats are comfortable but screens are a bit old. There was also some people that took on a 3 year old into the Joker movie which is R rated who played all the way through the movie. Some other people texted on their phones, had their phone ring and answered on numerous occasions. Patron behaviour did not affect the score
Many people seem to complain about these cinema, but my experience were great. I was in hall 2 and they had comfy seats, good air con. The popcorn is a little bit overpriced, also they only had one taste when I was there.. recommended for 14 ringgit!
The only reason I took off the one star is because the place really just needs some maintenance work. I went with locals, otherwise I might not have figured out how to get there. Once inside and watching the movie, I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between this theatre and there ones at home. Picture was great, sound was great, service was great. I would go there again, especially now that I know how to get there!
Standard mall in the town. Quite small and limited parking lot. 3 levels are available, it seems the mall is not a favorite one, few visitors in weekends is why.
I've seen 2 movies there now, both times there has been noise, from what I presume is staff, ruining the movie. The doors to the screens are not soundproof. Also the locals talk freely, check there phones, message people, all while holding the screens high enough that it ruins the person behind viewing pleasure.
