I rather flight by Malindo Air than Air Asia to Langkawi because comfortable and easy. Air Asia isn't economy budget if every essential added to it.

Rude staff, she was directing me to give her one by one for passport and boarding pass.(at the time,was holding 4 passport belonging to my family). Im holding an infant and a beg. Can you imagine how to give one by one? My wife holding another 2 bags and our older child. Please be humane, you have two hand that can help. What for you are standing there just checking and directing people? Dont worry, if this happen to many people, your reputation will going down #airasia

Air Asia’s website prepay baggage option was not working online and their live chat froze continuously. We made several attempts to prepay for our checked in bags two weeks prior to the flight and again the day before our flight and still had no success. Since no direction was given to us to speak with an agent 4 hours before our flight to prepay for checked in bags, we thought it would be ok to check-in the bags at the airport and that the staff would honor the prepaid rate since their website feature was not available and not functioning. Unfortunately, AirAsia Langkawi’s customer service was not helpful or understanding of our issues and efforts and double charged us for checking in our bags two hours before our flight. The agent also failed to notice that we had two flights (LGK - KUL - CEB) in our itinerary and only checked our bags for the first leg (LKG - KUL). Had I not noticed the error 30 mins after dealing with the check-in agent, our bags would have been left in Kuala Lumpur and not in Cebu. The agent at the counter also noticed I was pregnant and gave me a Liability Waiver form to fill out. As I was filling out the form, I realized that the form was not meant for pregnant women but unaccompanied minors traveling on AirAsia.. they basically gave me the wrong form. To sum it up, AirAsia’s website is inoperative, their staff lacks basic operations training as well as customer service. AirAsia experience put a damper on our holidays.

Worst airline! Lost our luggage took them 2 days to locate luggage and we had to pick up our bags by ourselves as they do not provide any delivery services... never again!
