God service from the staff but disappointed that because we where a day late they charged a penalty, we where late because you where closed for a public holiday.

This place is not the same as it was before the covid19 pandemic..it had a very customrr-friendly facade then.. as many customers may recall there was one puan Mona who never.fails to strike up a conversation with customers..we all felt so welcomed... it still is business as usual but minus that warm relationship...

Bad Service, call office x jawab. Bila jawab buat² tak dengar.l, call HP diorang semua pun tak jawab, tapi tengok status masih hidup. Xpa lah banyak lagi tempat lain boleh renew insurance. Bye
