Terrible service. Staff are so slack, staff more than customer and not really doing work, just standing there. Queue time more than one hour. When we went in, no one served us, i requested to look on the watch, the staff asked another staff to serve me while the another staff was busy serving other customer. So this girl had to serve me like I owe her a million (black head all time). Oh ya, not all the time, the only time she smile is when their friend bring drinks to her, and she abandoned me to look at the drinks. This staff idk her name, no name tag on it but is short hair girl.

we were lining upto enter the store and the sales attendant wrote some one else’s name who did not line. the sales attendant name is wong sing ling or ying (sy) a young chinese girl with glasses on. Discriminating people !!!

Really bad outlet policies 0in PKPB time. Only 5 person allowed in one time in this big outlet. I always go to GPO and the outlet allowed more than 15 people in that smaller outlet intl the PKPB period. Really rubbish policies. Waiting more than 45 minutes in the line.
