At the center of Kuching city. reasonable prices and the vets r willingly to give advise without any additional charges.. not to crowded with customer at a time. however the counter staff not all the time available at the counter due to few staffs. maybe helping the others. u need to wait patiently or call for them. . as for parking space, it is advisable to come in the afternoon or evening, its hard to find parking in the morning due to nearby kopitiam

This is my first time sending my 2 cats but ive received not so warm welcome by receptionist. If they needed an appointment, they should include inside the Google description that any new comers should get an appointment before sending pets to the clinic. A lil bit shocked on how the receptionist welcomed me. However, the Vet in charge together with her assistant behind are friendly and helpful and explained well about the condition about my cats. The price is reasonable. So far okay.
