In my opinion , It is the finest Anglican church in Malaysia. The churchmanship is High church and keeps up the anglo catholic tradition. It is the only Anglican church that practices the daily office (Morning prayer with Holy Communion - Monday to Saturday at 6:15a.m. and Evening Prayer with Holy Communion - Mon, Tue,Thu, Fri,Sat at 4p.m. and 5pm on Wednesday). One thing I like is the striking of the bells. The bells are rung every day at 6:00 a.m. , 12p.m. , and 6p.m. to let people pause from work and give thanks for the comming of christ. The 8 bells are striked before and after mass. There are 4 masses each Sunday - 6:45a.m. Holy Communion Service with Hymns, 8:15a.m. English Solemn Liturgy/Solemn Mass, 10a.m. Mandarin Solemn Liturgy/Solemn Mass, and 5:30p.m. English evensong with Holy Communion. The clergy are very friendly and welcoming to visitors and are willing offer assistance. Now , because of the Covid-19 Pandemic , masses will be suspended if Kuching becomes a red zone and resumes when it is not a red zone. Sunday masses are now at 6:30am and 8:30am in English, 10:30 in Mandarin and 2pm in Iban. Anyone who wishes to attend a service MUST pre register online to reserve a seat as there is a 200 people limit. To register, one must either call the parish office, or go to the Cathedral's facebook page. The Cathedral will livestream the Sunday Mass. Anyone is welcomed to come for the service. I hope my review is helpful to anyone who wishes to know more about the cathedral.

A sense of calm and serenity in the heart of the city. Traffic sounds would leak in once in a while but if you're looking for a place to rest your mind and spirit for a while on a busy mid week afternoon, traditional evening prayer is on Wednesdays at 5:30pm with doors open at 4:30.
Follow my parents to church. Amazing and peaceful. One of the oldest church built in 1954.
At Thomas's Cathedral is a place where anybody who are non members also feel comfortable due to the high technology with multimedia to assist non members in attending the funeral service. It is well set up n is a place of worship where non members can also follow the service without any problems. A very organized Church.

The church has the best service when its comes for it serves. St Thomas usually for Anglican. The size of the place is big.
There's a lot of history into the main sanctuary. You can tell by the architecture and layout and even the furniture of the church. And probably this is one of the earliest churches in Malaysia since the colonial days. I attended their Chinese service. Message was solid.
